Most trainings on Project Management focus on the process and structure of project management, which we call the “hard skills.” In this course you will not only learn the basics of project management, but also focus on its human side — because that is where projects often go wrong.

Throughout the training, you will work on a real project that you will be taking on in your work environment. You will go through all the stages of project management, giving you practice and experience while you learn in a safe environment.

After you have defined and accepted the project, you will explore the interests of the most important stakeholders. You will develop a communication strategy and learn how to manage expectations in a respectful and transparent way. Next, you will proceed to planning, scheduling and producing a work break down. You will also gain insight into risk management.

By the end of the course, you will have a draft project plan and guidelines for execution and control. Now, you are ready to go!
