About this training
With increasing pressure on getting more things done in less time, it is becoming more important than ever to decide which activities deserve a timeslot in your agenda. Managing time becomes easier when what you do makes sense in relation to why you do it. Are you spending time on activities that help you fulfil your role in the organisation effectively? Will they support you in your personal growth and add value to the work you do? In this course, you will analyse your attitude towards time and connect its meaning to your values and ambition. You will learn to break with ineffective habits, say ‘yes’ to those things that will help you excel, and respectfully say ‘no’ to things that stand in the way of your high performance.
In this course, you will work with powerful time management tools that help you manage your time and effectiveness. You will deepen your understanding about where you can and cannot exert influence and how you can use other stakeholders to support you in your decisions. By the end of the course, you will have a clear view of your priorities and an effective approach on how to achieve your objectives.
