About this training
Change has become the new normal in today’s volatile business environment. Successful change managers are open to different perspectives and have the talent to connect and develop new platforms from which further development can take off. These high performers are sincere and transparent and build trust in an uncertain environment.
In this training, you will learn how to navigate change with confidence, and how to anticipate and handle challenges with a creative mindset that opens new opportunities. You will use models to better understand how change processes work. At the same time, you will realise that these are only frameworks that help you manage the real world of different opinions, feelings and stakeholders. Most of all, you will discover that your best you is the strongest tool you have in making the change.
You will work with a real-life case from your work context and go through the different steps of Dr. John Kotter’s model to analyse your situation. You will practice and strengthen your change management skills and experiment with different communication styles, which you can apply in various situations. This will ultimately equip you with a broader range of tools to lead change successfully in your organisation.
