About this training
Managing emotions is one of the most delicate topics when it comes to human change. For this reason, we strive to create an environment in which participants feel safe enough to embark on a journey of self- discovery, assertiveness, and expression in front of the world with great courage, compassion, and a confident attitude. We believe that emotional intelligence (EQ) is about getting the results you want, while respecting and supporting others to achieve their own goals.
During this program, you will observe the connection between your behaviour and the personal beliefs and assumptions behind it. Our operating system is designed to create a balance between our belief system and our current reality. Throughout the program, we will challenge you to get to the core of your underlying beliefs and to find alternative responses to their thoughts, assumptions, and emotions. The whole program is built as a series of games, role-playing exercises and experiential learning sessions that will put you in different situations, inviting you to learn how to recognise, accept and manage strong emotions.
