About this training

Spiders? Love ’em! Flying? No problem! Public speaking? No way! Few are immune to public speaking anxiety, routinely considered as one of the most common fears. But there are many ways to tackle this anxiety and learn to deliver a memorable speech. Public speaking is not only about the speech: it is also about the experience you provide for your audience, and about you feeling good throughout this interaction. Preparation is crucial, and managing your emotion is decisive. If you want to become a powerful speaker, prepare to take it one small step at a time. Maybe it will not work fantastically on the first try. Remember to be kind to yourself, and accept that public speaking is like a muscle – you have to train it.

This course will teach you many techniques. We will work together towards building your self-confidence and self-esteem, through exercises and practice, in the safe environment of the training room. You will learn how to prepare yourself, not only your speech; how to know your audience and to fit their expectations; how to create and deliver an experience; and how to manage your nervousness in public.
