About this training

Understanding team dynamics is crucial in leading your crew to success. This training will broaden your range of leadership skills by providing a clear framework for analysing group dynamics, above the surface — as well as below. In addition, it will help you create common ground for a diverse group of individuals and lead them to a shared goal.

In this training, you will analyse your effectiveness and broaden your skills in building trust, commitment and collaboration within your team. You will improve your cultural awareness and get a better grip on group dynamics, the influence of power, affection and inclusion. This in-depth understanding of your team will enable you to manage ‘invisible’ processes that can make or break your team’s cohesiveness and performance.
